Bright room, that also was spacious with sufficient air conditioning. I appreciated that there were central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. The location was great as for me, so close to Very close to super markets as well as the restaurant.

The rooms are GOOD-sized and lovely looking here with nice design, sufficient air conditioning, a fridge. The rate is £ 60, satisfied.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in a residential area. The location may be far from Berlin attractions, but everything around you is cheaper since it's not a tourist location. With many nearby tram stops, it was easy to commute as the tram stop was right outside. Plus, there's a big supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and had floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a beautiful view. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel also had great amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, and a pillow menu. Additionally, there was a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area for relaxation.

The staff were positive and were around whole time. The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was local.

The location! There is noting around the hotel! We only found one restraunt within walking distance! The tram is right around the corner to take into the city center. It is about a 20 min ride so not to bad but nothing close to hotel!

Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Berlin. Liked this great hotel, easy to find, with excellent staff on the reception desk. Its location was marvellous, somewhere in the Alexanderplatz area, and in a secure area. The breakfast was savoury, the check in was fast.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was a great experience. The comfortable beds and spacious rooms made our stay relaxed. The delicious breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay; the variety of options added to the delightful experience. the hotel’s location was perfect for us- it was well connected to major attractions in the city.

We found some issues at the hotel. There was no fridge in the room which made it difficult to store some of our perishable items, and the hotel's Wi-Fi connectivity was poor.

My partner and I recently enjoyed a romantic escape at this hotel and we had a great time! we were pleasantly surprised by the complementary champagne and chocolates in our room - such a lovely touch! the hotel is situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within easy reach of all the major attractions. Finally, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect.

The first was that the bathroom was a little outdated and could do with some modernization. while the location was great for being away from the crowds, it did mean that we had to use public transport to get to some of the places we wanted to visit.

There was no free access to the internet. In the breakfast time, it was very crowded and there was difficult to find a place to sit.

The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. We also enjoyed the interesting view from our room. I highly recommend this hotel.

No free wi-fi in rooms and lobby. No minibar (they took deposit 100 euro for that). Breakfast not included.(4 Star hotel!) They took 10 euro for local calls for one day!
